How does the ranking system and titles work in the FEniCS Q&A forum?

I have noticed that there are several titles floating around: FEniCS Trainee, Fellow and the like. How does that work?

Aim for Grand Master.
I was thinking perhaps "Novice" and "User" instead of "Trainee" and "Fellow".

Changed now to Novice and User.

Users get points by asking questions, answering and voting etc:

Based on the total number of points, a user qualifies to the following titles:

FEniCS Novice: 100 points
FEniCS User: 1000 points
FEniCS Expert: 10000 points
FEniCS Guru: 100000 points
FEniCS Grand Master: 1000000 points
