Dolfin convert

How I can have information about the inner regions and information about the limits.
How I can access individual elements to appear from fenics
For example, I have a .geo filet that contains Physical Line I want the transformed facet region .xml how I can transform it and thanks for helping me

Could you give the .geo file?
Normally just running dolfin-convert file.msh file.xml creates separate facet_region.xml and physical_region.xml
