run dolfin with vtk-6.2

Hello,

Has anyone succeed in building dolfin with vtk-6.2 or higher? I can build successfully but I get a segmentation fault when plotting. I think it has to do with these changes in vtk6. Any hints how to fix the dolfin CMakeList.txt would be appreciated.

closed with the note: I had a broken vtk.
