Why are mshr not in the Docker containers or in the ppa for Xenial?

I noticed that mshr is not packaged in the Docker containers or in the Ubuntu ppa, is this deliberate or a mistake? Is mshr intended to be a core component of FEniCS/Dolfin?

You should probably ask on the FEniCS support mailing list instead of here, the package maintainer seems to check it regularly: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/fenics-support
