Trilinear form in NS steady eq

Hi everyone,
i'm interested in assembling a trilinear form in Navier-Stokes equation(stationary)
c(w,u,v), starting from:
a(u, v) +c(w, u, v) +b(p, v) = F(v)
b(u, q) = 0
