Do Argyris Elements work in fenics?

I've searched around as much as I can and it seems that the Argyris elements are only partially implemented in Fenics. I'm just learning how to use Fenics, but I'm dealing with a problem in which I need H^2 elements for the plate equation.

To what extent do they work and is there any timeline for their full implementation?

They are not implemented and their implementation is not on anyones agenda AFAIK.
