Hashdist Script Numpy<-> Openblas linking

If you install FEniCS with
curl -s http://fenicsproject.org/fenics-install.sh | bash
then it installs numpy and openblas.
Why is your numpy Installation not linked against openblas?

The NumPy package in HashStack needs improvements. This is a known issue.
