Periodic Neumann Boundary Conditions

Hello,

is it possible to implement in Fenics periodic Neumann-boundary conditions? The periodic boundary should be on the left an right boundary of the UnitSquareMesh, as described in this
example . Meaning, I want to solve this problem:

Variationally, it does not matter if you prescribe Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions for periodicity. So the standard periodic conditions should be fine here.
