Discontinuities in the solution - terafrac?

Hi.

Related to my question http://fenicsproject.org/qa/2241/modeling-discontinuity
I'm still looking for a way to handle a system, with discontinuities in the solution.
I was told that a new project terafrac was on the way, but I cannot find it anymore? Do anyone know whether it is scrubbed, or?
