visualization the solution

Hello

I use Fenics and i write solution file format (like h5 or xml). I would like to know that in which parameter I have to use (coordinate, topology, u ...) in order to plot/visualization the solution or field in other program. Because in Fenics plot(u) is enough but for other program (like Matlab) I have to use some other parameters also.

Use ParaView (http://www.paraview.org) to view .pvd and .xmdf files.
